Nick joined Carey & Giampa Realtors in 2014 as a full-time agent. Recognized as the top firm in the area, Carey & Giampa helps local residents buy and sell their homes utilizing marketing strategies unmatched by any other firm. In 2020, After reaching $10m in sales for the year, Nick became a top producer and associate broker with the firm.
Nick was born and raised on the Seacoast. He graduated from Plymouth State University for business and economics, achieved Cum Laude recognition and was invited into the Internationals Honors Society – Delta Mu Delta. He worked as an IT analyst before his pivot into real estate.
With his entrepreneurial mindset, Nick leverages innovative marketing methods, such as professional photography and personalized letters, to attract clients. He streamlines the transaction process to make it easier on all parties. Nick carries a reputation for outstanding client services and brings honesty, integrity, and diligence to every partnership. As a real estate broker, he creates his own schedule, allowing him to be available to clients when they need him.
When he’s not helping people find their dream home, Nick enjoys cooking, working on his startup business, hiking with his yellow lab Teddy, and going to Portsmouth with friends.
