Spring is here and the NH Seacoast Real Estate Spring Market is… HOT! In the typical spring, we would see 2/3 of the years inventory hit the market. However, it doesn’t appear that will be the case this year. The NH real estate market continues to be HOT, and don’t expect a cool down in summer! We continue to see home sales decline month-to-month as inventory continues to remain at historic lows but new buyers coming into the area, and others seeking to capitalize on the low interest rates, supply remains very low.
Speculation was that if we had interest rates increase, we would see some buying pressure reduced and home supply continue to come back. Well, that didn’t happen. We saw interest rates go slightly above the 3% mark for the first time in a while, but that was short-lived as they went back under the 3% soon after. NH Seacoast Real Estate Spring Market will continue to see low supply and climbing prices!
